In what version are the vectors created? All vector images on our site are Adobe Illustrator 8 compatible.
What format are the photoshop illustrations? The photoshop illustrations are in jpg format.
I purchased digital images from the site, where do I download them? After your transaction through Paypal is finished, you will instantly be emailed a link to download your digital stock images.
What is the Extended License? The extended license allows you to reproduce in non vector format in the following ways for resale. You may use the content on t-shirts, postcards, posters, greeting cards, stickers, coffee mugs, calendars etc. (Websites such as Cafepress, Zazzle) The extended license prohibits the resale or re distribution of any part or element of the content as a vector or jpg image file.
Do you add files on a regular basis? Yes. We add illustrations (eps, jpeg, abr, pdf) as they are taken. Click on "Newest Stock Images" to see the latest illustrations that we have posted.
Do you offer refunds? Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of images and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Art Selectory files that I download? Yes. While Art Selectory offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our images, or allow the use of our images within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
Do I need a Paypal account to purchase your images? No, you can pay with a credit card for safe and secure ordering through Paypal without an account.
I'm getting an invalid or corrupt file message when opening a zip file. If you are having problems downloading zip files from this web site in Internet Explorer, then here is the solution. Go to Internet Options and choose the Advanced tab. Under Settings, find the “Use HTTP 1.1” setting. Uncheck this setting and Apply. Make you sure you delete the Temporary Internet Files under the General Tab and Delete button so that you download new copies of files.
Close Internet Explorer and relaunch Explorer. |
